Day 6 of the 30 in 30. This was inspired this spring while attending a memorial mass for a dear family friend’s mother. I parked my car behind the rectory and saw this beautiful sight.
I loved how beautiful the clematis was, in contrast to the stark chain link fence. Its funny where beautiful things appear. I was unable to attend the service, as my Dad was just getting over his heart surgery. But I know it was a celebration of love, as she had lived a well loved life, and there were many in the church to support my friend. This painting is not available, it went to a family member that no longer lives in Moosup, but wanted something to remember her hometown.
